This is Vincent 18 months old and nationality…ah…well, Dutch/German/Chinese.

Vincent is a big fan of his car seat. Why? Well, it can be both used as his personal throne and as he likes cars (or bubu as he calls them) and driving anyway, but also as the car seat is so convenient that the king needs to have a nap from time to time (good that there is a sleeping position).

Our son Dante LOVES his new Maxi-Cosi Tobi car seat! He’s very big for his age and was becoming extremely uncomfortable in his Graco infant seat. We really wanted to try and keep him in a rear-facing infant seat until he’s 1 year, but the last few car trips where he screamed so much that we had to take him out of the seat and held him made us rethink our strategy…

We are happy we decided to purchase the Maxi-Cosi Tobi, because Dante is so happy sitting/sleeping in it! He has not fussed once since we bought the new seat a couple months ago, and I have moved up to the front seat for the first time since the day we brought him home from the hospital!

We’re very pleased with our purchase, and was impressed with the level of personalized customer service that Baby International provided us. The owner Nils spent quite a bit of time with me online to narrow down my choices based on our son’s needs, and then personally drove the 3 seats to our home so that Dante could test them out one by one. In the end, we were able to make a decision based on what worked best for our child rather than what a sales person tells us at a local mall or some review on Amazon…

Nochmals vielen Dank fuer’s Vorbeibringen der Matratze. Es gab uebrigens uerberhaupt keine Geruchsbelaestigung, ich hab’ zwar den Schonbezug gewaschen, aber der Kleine hat sofort drauf geschlafen, Auslueften war uberhaupt nicht noetig. Und er ist nur einmal nachts aufgewacht! Fantastisch!

Hi there

I am a great fan of Baby International! The product selection is excellent and the service is the best I have experienced anywhere, thanks to owner Nils and his wife. Nothing is ever too much trouble and Nils goes out of his way to get me the products I need at excellent prices. I was looking for a Dreamie to go with my Quinny pram and could not find decent colours in Shanghai. Nils managed to get me one at a great price in a modern colour – my son sleeps next to us every night in it! Nils also went out of his way one day to urgently deliver some baby formula to my home with very little notice – a lifesaver. I cant wait for the shop to open.

…baby international have the best selection (of Maclaren pushchairs) that you can try and Nils at the baby international shop is very knowledgable about which ones are suitable for newborns.
