When you use any current or future baby international service or business you will also be subject to the guidelines, terms and agreements applicable to such service or business. If you visit or shop at our site, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.


All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, icons and images are the property of baby international blu or used with permission of our suppliers and partners, including but not limited to the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, look and arrangement of such content. No content may be copied, reproduced, republished, publicly displayed or distributed without express prior written consent.


The site is implementing user tracking technology to optimize our website configuration and marketing. We will, however, not transfer any data to third parties or use them for any other reasons than the one described. By using this website you are consenting to this, in the above-mentioned extent and for the aforementioned purpose.


In order to shop on this website you must register on our site, agree to provide truthful information, and be at least eighteen (18) years of age or older. baby international reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at their sole discretion. All items purchased from baby international are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Every order implies acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale.

Exchange and Return Policy

In case of quality issues for purchased items, baby international blu offers the option for returns and refunds within 7 days with product exchanges within 15 days. Some products may have different policies or requirements associated with them.

Requirements for the exchange or return and refunds of goods:

1. Quality issues that are in accordance with quality regulations under the law of the P.R. China (subject to product quality issues and not caused by consumer usage).

2. Items must be returned in their original packaging and new condition, as well as with the complete accessories and instructions including any free gifts.

3. Customers need to provide a shopping receipt and Fapiao issued by baby international blu.

Non- returnable Items:

A. Items that are not purchased from baby international blu;

B. Items where the exchange and return date exceeded the time limit for exchanges and returns, or where the labels and serial numbers are missing, damaged or not correct;

C. Products that have been improperly used, or used with natural tear and wear;

D. Items that are missing accessories, free gifts, description materials, incomplete packaging, or the shopping receipt;

E. Items that are not used according to the product’s user manual or improperly installed, damaged, abused, repaired, modified or falsely stored;

F. strollers, furniture and safety gates that have been assembled and used are non- return- or exchangeable;

G. Clothes, fabrics and shoes that have been washed or used or their labels have been removed;

H. Food, diapers and toiletries that have no quality problems are not applicable to our return and exchange policy;

I. Discounted and free products are not applicable to our return and exchange policy;

Our service apartment will complete your service request within 15 working days after you return the products. The time for bank and credit refunds is subject to the bank’s internal processing (it may take four to six weeks).

Please note: For electronic devices where the manufacturer offers repair services directly to product users (e.g. Medela, Philips AVENT) please call the manufacturer service hotline indicated on the packaging for repair via an official service center.
